Each presented talks can be submitted as one paper. All papers will be refereed, and the accepted ones will be published as a volume of the Proceedings series of the American Institute of Physics. The manuscripts must be submitted in AIP conference proceedings format with tentative length of eight 6 x 9 inch pages for regular papers and twelve 6 x 9 inch pages for invited talks. The authors should send as attachments the electronic versions of their final works to the proceedings editor at conference@eac4amitans.org during the conference and as an exception no later than July 1, 2009. The manuscripts must be accompanied by signed Transfer of Copyright form, Permission Requests for Permission to Reprint Published Material form (if any), and Offprint Order form if you wish to order offprints of your paper (if any).
